Parmenter; his children, Mark C. Vowels (Cary) of Taylors, SC, Deborah S. Leslie of Peru, Matthew D. Vowels (Jenifer) of Avon, IN and LeeAnn Pfotzer (Stephen) of California; his grandchildren, Carissa Vowels, Mark Vowels (Amy Joy), Kimberly Vowels, Benjamin Vowels (Annie), Katie Pfotzer, Jocelyn Vowels, Matthew Vowels and Lucas Vowels; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Elsie and Eliana. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
