With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Agnes S. Ficek (Peru, Illinois), who passed away on January 7, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Czubachowski, Sr. (Grzyzga) and Ficek of LaSalle; and her brothers, Edward, Joseph, Anthony, Bernard and Leon.

She is survived by: her daughters, Judith Chorba (Bruce) of Hamilton, NJ. and Linda Ficek of Peru. She is also survived by grandson and great-grandson along with many nieces and nephews.
