She was predeceased by: her father John Armellani; her husband Art; her sister Peggy Haywood; and her brother-in-law Jerry Haywood. She is survived by: her mother Zita Armellani (Benvenuti); her children, Pamela Urbanski of Peru and Robert Urbanski (Amy) of Sterling, IL; her grandchildren, Jessica and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Winnie and Ethan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nativity of Our Lord Parish (St. Anthony Church) (510 Richard A Mautino Dr, Spring Valley, IL 61362). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, any memorial contributions may be directed to the donor's favorite charity in honor of Adele.
