He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Quincy and Frances A. Bushnell Quincy; and his wife Debra Lynn Logsdon. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Embree (James) of Perry, William Quincy Jr. of Pittsfield, Cindy Huling (Shawn) of Mt. Sterling, Wilbur Quincy of Pittsfield and Lena Bay of Meredosia; and his sister Joyce Leamons of Bluffs. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
