He is survived by: his wife Dixie; his children, Jim Skaggs of Walnut and Brenda Gomez of Spring Valley; his grandchildren, Mike Epperson (Robin), Jason Skaggs (Bobbi), James Skaggs III, Christopher Mongan, Brittany Facemire, Andrew O'Toole and Tiffaney Vanous; his siblings, Mary Donovan of Westmont and Bernard Donovan (Sara) of Walnut; and his nephew Paul Donovan. He is also survived by his parents and one great granddaughter.
