It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wanda Lee Spangler of Percy, Illinois, born in Pinckneyville, Illinois, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Winford Jones and Ruth Jones (Bigham); her husband Bobby Gene "Sputt" Spangler; her daughters, Brenda Kay Spangler and Patricia Ann Spangler; and her brothers, Reverend Russell Jones and Michael Jones.
She is survived by: her son Reverend Robert Spangler (Joy) of Ava, IL; her siblings, Reverend Harry Jones (Susie) of Valier, IL, Harland Jones (Phillis) of Valier, IL and Patricia West (Rolland) of Moline, IL; her sister-in-law Mary Jones Tyler (Bob) of DuQuoin, IL; her grandchildren, Nicholas Butler (Deana), Nicole Collier (Robert), Noah Butler (Makayla) and Caleb Spangler (Amber); and her great grandchildren, Xadie, Finn, Kaiden and Jase. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Covid resurgence restrictions will be adhered to, attendance will be limited and social distancing will be enforced. All attendees are asked to wear a mask.
