We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2023, at the age of 50, Shawn D. Taylor of Percy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Thies and Linda Thies (Bramlett); and his grandmother Elizabeth "Betty" Bramlett. He is survived by: his wife Bessmah Taylor of Percy, IL; his children, David Taylor of Chicago, IL and Madison Hepp; and his siblings, JJ Bramlett, James "Jimmy" Thies, Robert "Boog" Thies and Melinda Carter (Brian). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
