He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Rubach and Anna Rubach (Alms); his wife Lottie Marie Barnes; his sisters, Irene Diercks and Mildred Rubach; and his great grandchild Sophia Rubach.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Rubach (Deborah) of Effingham and Cindy Sue Prange (Mark) of Percy; his grandchildren, Holly Dunderdale, Tyler Rubach (Lindsay), Brad Clark (Erica) and Tricia Burns (Michael); his stepgranddaughters, Emily Snider (Dustin) and Lori Hoffman (Jake); his great grandchildren, AnnEilise Dunderdale, Ainsley Dunderdale, Hayden Burns, Wyatt Burns, Edie Marie Burns, William Rubach and Henry Rubach; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Annie, Clara Hoffman, Braelyn and Addilyn Snider.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, private graveside services will be held, with burial at Paradise Cemetery, Steeleville.
Memorials may be made to the Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Percy.
