He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Opp and T. Annabelle Wagner Opp. He is survived by: his niece Sharon Conway of Pinckneyville; and his nephews, John, Donald Wade of Lutz, FL and Brian Wade.

Due to executive orders, current COVID guidelines will be followed.

Memorials may be given to Clinton Manor.
