He was predeceased by: his father Richard Michael Owens. He is survived by: his mother Linda Marie Dasch of Percy; his wife Laura Owens of Carterville, IL; his children, Trinity, Jayden and Whitney Owens; and his brothers, Jereme Owens of Marissa, IL, James Owens of Marissa, IL, Joseph Dunnavant of Pearl, MS and Robert Bing of Kentucky.

“I know you all have probably never even heard about me I met Josh when he came to work out on the Carnival He was like a brother to me i was in prisoned when he passed away didn't find out until I got out in 2022 of June He was more of a brother than my real brother he was an amazing person And always was happy I don't think I ever Seen him down and out he always had a smile on his face When we hung out And he always talked about his kids everyday when he was on the carnival”
