She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Deppe and Ruth Steele Deppe; her husband Herman A. Middendorf; her son Gary; and her siblings, Roy, Wayne, Dale Deppe, Ruby Bierman, Marian Svanda and Blanche Rees.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Cratch (Richard) of Percy and Mike Middendorf (Cindy) of Percy; and her grandchildren, Julie Netemeyer (Dan), Jay Cratch (Crystal), Michelle Reiss (Kacy), Scott Middendorf (Angie) and Gary (Amanda).

Memorials may be given to the Methodist Church in Percy or the Sparta Community Hospital, Tree of Hope.
