She is survived by: her children, Mindy Martin (Chris) of Steeleville, IL, Michael Dunn of Sparta, Janelle Dunn of Campbell Hill, IL, Wren Dunn of Carbondale, IL and Aaron Williams of Percy, IL; her father Kenneth R. Jacoby, Sr. of Percy, IL; her brothers, Kenneth Jacoby, Jr. of Percy, IL and Jeffery Young of Hillsboro, MO; and her grandchildren, Kayla Martin, Lance Martin, Emma Williams, Kail Forsting, Jake Dunn, Caydence Martin, Jaiden Hornbostel, Korie Forsting and Harper Dunn.
