She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mathis and Evelyn Bradley Mathis; her spouse Thomas J. Gower, Jr.; her brother Darwin Mathis; and her nephew Timothy Gower.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas J. Gower, III (Ruth) of Percy and Janice Knop (Scott) of Steeleville; her grandchildren, Soncy Black, Rowena Gower, Sandra Gower, Justine Knop, Kaleb Knop and Seth Brown; and her great grandchildren, Mathew Duvardo and Hunter Duvardo.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, private gravesides service will be held at Calvary Cemetery, Campbell Hill, with Rev. Matt Collins officiating.
Memorials may be given to a Love Fund for the Family.
