We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2020, at the age of 85, Fred E. Morgan of Percy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Morgan and Niva Ellen King Morgan; and his sisters, Amanda, Wilma and Barbara.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Morgan of Percy, IL; his daughters, Penny Cesak of Texas and Susan Egbert of Texas; and his brothers, Wayne Morgan of Willisville, IL, Raymond Morgan of Vandalia, IL. and James F "Mutt" Morgan.
By executive orders, facemask and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
