He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Duckworth (Barnett-Shook) and John Thomas Duckworth. He is survived by: his wife Edith Duckworth; his sons, Tommy Schubert (Jenny), Jason Duckworth (Joannah), Bob Duckworth (Kelly) and Grant Duckworth (Kelly); and his sister Jane Bryant. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
