She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Slutz and Bernice Slutz (Beever); her husband Clark Christiansen; and her brother Robert Slutz. She is survived by : her children, Kay Rubin (Harvey), Jan Christiansen and John Christiansen (Linda); her grandchildren, Jessica Rubin (Ben Gartenstein), Jim Rubin and Ethan Christiansen; her great grandchild Lily Jay Gartenstein; and her brothers, Bill Slutz (Jenifer), John Slutz and Larry Slutz (Amy).

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the First United Methodist Church (116 NE Perry Ave, Peoria, IL 61603). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
