She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence P. Wilhelm and Florence M. Trunz Wilhelm; her spouse Kimsey Tackmann; and her siblings, Clarence R. Wilhelm, Shirley Williamson, Evelyn Kreeger and Phyllis Wartick.
She is survived by: her children, Michele Keehner (Daniel) of Peoria and Paul Tackmann (Shantel) of East Peoria; her grandchildren, Rachel Laufer (Timothy), Rebecca Meyers (Sawyer), Anna, Aaron and Lydia Keehner; and also Genevieve Jackson of Midland, Georgia.. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either Lutheran Braille Workers.
