Welch; her daughters, Tawny Panozzo and Marcy Poplett (Joe); her grandchildren, Robert J., Mikey Phillips, Joshua Slizewski (Britlany), Kleby French (Brock) and Valerie Poplett; her great grandchildren, Jordyn, Peyton Slizewski, Adeline French, Sophia Poplett, Joshua Slizewski, Killian Phillips, Malina Poplett, Karsyn French, Odin Phillips and Zachary Poplett; and her siblings, Lynn Perdue, Renee Gutierez (Juan) and Darcy Seiler (Dave).
Valerie's wishes were to donate her body to science.
