He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur N. Burr and Nettie P. Warren Burr Sr.; his brother Arthur Burr Jr.; his stepmother Sylvia Gail; his wife Lida S. Teel; his children, Toby Burr and Todd Burr; and his stepchildren, Josh Robinson, Jake Robinson, Justin Robinson, Jerome Hess (Wendy) and Monica Hess (Jeremy Bakken). He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
