He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Capron and Ida Mae Capron (Boyer); his brother Loren Capron; and his granddaughter Jordyn Preston. He is survived by: his children, Sherrie Lee of Chillicothe, Donald Capron (Laurie) of Chillicothe, Terry Dean Capron (Shawna) of Pahrump, NV and Beverly Preston (Don) of Las Vegas, NV; his stepson Rolland Gillespie (Michelle) of Groveland; and his brothers, Ron Capron (Sis) of Edwards, Stanley Capron (Vickie) of Amarillo, TX and Kenny Capron (Sandy) of Parkersburg, IL.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Children's Hospital in Peoria or the Alzheimer's Association Peoria Chapter.
