He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Tully and Geraldine "Geri" Tully (VanHouten); and his sister Nanci Louthan. He is survived by: his nephew Glen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Thomas Catholic Church (904 E Lake Ave, Peoria Heights, IL 61616). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
