He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddy Stephens and Sarah E. "Sally" Stephens (Hera); and his sister Cherie Johnston. He is survived by: his children, Chuck Stephens and Jessica Stephens; his grandsons, Nikkilas, Shayne and James Stephens; and his sisters, Vickie Richards (Mick) and Lisa Stephens.
