He is survived by: his girlfriend Betty Harris of Peoria, IL; and his siblings, Ricky Yates of Peoria, IL, Jackie Yates (Keisha) of Peoria, IL, David Yates of Kenosha, WI, Melvin Yates (Erin) of Peoria, IL, Brenda Gore (Harry), Patricia Naquin (Carl) of Peoria, IL and Lisa Neal-Tarleton (Gilbert) of Champaign Urbana, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
