Steven Alan Swearingen Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Alan Swearingen of Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on September 17, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Swearingen and Patricia A. Roach Swearingen; and his son Bobby Joe Passwater (Amanda). He is survived by: his significant other Cindy Passwater; his children, Charles Passwater (Nicole), Jacqueline Passwater and Joseph Passwater; his grandchildren, Nathan, Jaxson, Maeva, Aubree, Erin, Jaylyn, Jozlyn, Elexis, Jeramy, Mary Jo, Joseph, Avery, Chevy, Axel, Nova, Ruby Lou and Adreona; and his siblings, Pamela Cansino, Beverly Capozzo and Charles P. Swearingen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
