Blake (Moore); his daughter Taylor Blake; his stepchildren, Matthew and Lukas Andersen; his grandchildren, Kate Andersen, Makenna Rauhaus, Leif Andersen and Elijah Andersen; his sister Danielle Flanagan (Patrick); his nephews, Sean Flanagan (Sarah), Andrew Flanagan (Megan) and Joseph Flanagan; his niece Genevieve Bishop (Chris); his great-nephew Ronan Flanagan; and his pets, Axl, Rose and Kitty. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hope Lodge in Rochester, MN.
