He is survived by: his mother Kay Foote (Leucht); his children, Shawn Leigh Foote of San Diego, CA and Seth Foote of Pekin, IL.; his siblings, Nick Foote (Josie) of Peoria and Noell Broussard (Channing) of Jacksonville, NC.; his nephews, Morgan Arrington of Boone, NC, Paige Arrington of Charlotte, NC, Harlon and Felizar Foote of Peoria; and his cousin Sheila Smith of Bartonville, IL.
