She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Mohn and Dorothy Mohn (Collins). She is survived by: her husband Sam Hess of Peoria; her daughters, Tracey Peak (Mike) of Peoria and Toni Robinson (Todd) of Lillian, AL; her stepchildren, Sam Hess (Mary Jo) of Grass Lake, MI, Chari Caudill (Ray) of Topmost, KY and Patty Hess of Ann Arbor, MI; and her sisters, Pat Vollmer (Dutch) of Bartonville, IL and Carol Vandak of West Peoria, IL.. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
