She was predeceased by: her parents, James Whisker and Ilene Whisker (Martin); and her husband Thomas Webb. She is survived by: her children, Clark Kesler, Chris Kesler, Maria Webb and Christina Webb; and her siblings, John, Jerry, Steve, Darlene and Marcia. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilton Mortuary (2101 Knoxville Ave, Peoria, IL 61603).
