Ruth Schneider Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Schneider of Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on September 18, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Myra Jarrett Westervelt and Oscar Palmer Westervelt (O. P.); and her husband Clifford Schneider. She is survived by: her stepsons, Jonathan Schneider (Erin) of Fernandina Beach and Andrew Schneider (Allyson) of Peoria; her grandchildren, Lauren Wieland (Josh), Drew Schneider, Charlie Schneider, Lindsay and Michael Brady (Dennine); and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Naomi, Owen, Quinn, Chloe and Tristan. She is also survived by Her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be directed to the South Side Mission and the Peoria PlayHouse Children's Museum in Peoria.
