He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Xavier Alphonso and Mary Barbara Alphonso; and his siblings, Barbara Alphonso, Mother Cecelia, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Teresa "Tessie" Fernandes (Thomas) of Poona, Olga Lornie (James) of Chandigarh, Bernard Alphonso (Ingrid Schmidt) of Cuxhaven, Dorothy "Doris" Solomon (Morris) of Poona, Brian Alphonso of Poona and Germaine Alphonso (Medical Mission Sisters).
He is survived by: his wife Juliet (Julie) of Peoria, IL; his sons, Quentin Alphonso and Keith Alphonso; his grandchildren, Sahara, Shannon, Spencer, Jemima and Daniel (Canada); and his sisters, Patricia "Pat" Huber (Munich) of Gauting, Jeanette "Jean" Albuquerque (late Harry) of Perth and Genevieve Alphonso of Poona. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
