He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Zimmerman and Mary Zimmerman (Tometich); and his stepfather Jerry Mason. He is survived by: his wife Connie Bannon of Mark's Lutheran Church; his children, Zebulon Zimmerman (Kyley) of Erie Co and Zoe Grad (John) of LaGrange Park, IL.; and his grandchildren, Vivienne Grad, Odin Zimmerman and Freyja Zimmerman.
Memorials in Ron's memory may be made to the Richard L. Owens Hospice Home, St. Jude Children's Hospital, St Mark's Lutheran Church in Washington, of which Ron was a member.
