He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Keefauver and Shirley Keefauver (Mason); and his nephew Eric Keefauver. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Gilmore; his daughters, Molly Craig (Shawn) of Benson, IL and Emily Guderjan (Jon) of Frankfort, IL; his grandchildren, Gage, Hope, Reece, Halle and Kate; his brother Phillip Keefauver (Ann) of Colchester, IL; his nephew Todd Keefauver (Cathy); and his niece-in-law Lisa Keefauver.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lewy Body Dementia Association or The American Cancer Society.
