He was predeceased by: his parents, Lula Lee Walters (Goings) and Harold Nelson Walters; and his siblings, Harold Oliver Walters Sr. and Antoinette Louise Walters Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Johnson Walters; his daughter Radiance Walters Harris; his grandson Josiah Rhette Harris; his daughter Revée Michaela Simpson; his son-in-law Derrick Simpson; and his siblings, Edward Catchings, Chauncey Walters, Curtis Walters, River Lee Catchings and Margaret Clemons.
