He is survived by: his sister Deborah Winter (Steven); his nieces and nephews, Erin Keefe (Chad) of Normal, Christina Rustemeyer (Steve) of Bloomington, Timothy Winter (Kelly) of Bloomington and Scott Winter (Ashley) of Davenport, IA.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, William, Delaney Keefe, Andrew, Tyler, Allison Rustemeyer, Mackenzie, Jocelyn Winter, August and Amelia Winter.
