He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kinzinger and Gladys Kinzinger (Lawhun); and his siblings, Richard Kinzinger and Candace Crismon. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald Kinzinger (D'Ann) of Bellflower, IL and Vickie Berquist of Tacoma, WA; and his niece Heather Hartter of Eureka, IL. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
