He was predeceased by: his parents, Robin Herington and Sandra Gulick Herington; and his siblings, Rick Horsley, Paul Harris of Peoria and Tina Harris.

He is survived by: his siblings, John Herington of Peoria and Sandra "Luckey" Gulick (Brian Hardin) of Peoria. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
