He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Endsley and Anny Endsley (Micheal); his brother Sonny; his children, Steven and Diana; and his grandson Andy May.
He is survived by: his former wife Phillis Dowel; his wife Helen Eileen Hanchet; his daughter Patricia May of Peoria; and his son-in-law Larry May. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
