Jackson of Peoria, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 19, 2024 at the age of 91. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Jackson and Nina Verbarg (Slimpert). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Jackson (Kermicle); his children, Jeff Jackson (Deanna) of Washington, IL and Deb Heidewald (Paul) of Holmen, WI; his granddaughters, Dr. Kristen Christensen (Tim) of Northfield, MN and Brooke Heidewald (Logan) of Chicago, IL; his great grandchildren, Oliver and Cooper; and his brother Joe Jackson (Vicki) of Metropolis, IL..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Snyder Village, First Baptist Church of Peoria (Lake Street) or Vitas Healthcare Hospice.
