He was predeceased by: his parents, Scantland Butler and Phyllis Butler (Johnston); and his siblings, Jim, Greg Butler and Jackie Norwood (Tom).
He is survived by: his siblings, Michael S. Butler (Elsa) of Pekin and Janice Berry of Monument, Colorado.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
