He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank G. Waller and Belle Waller (Stambaugh); his wife Norma Waller; and his sister Maryanne Gibson. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Secor (Brad) of Peoria and Christina Doerr of Clearwater, FL; his grandchildren, Jaimie Myers (Alan), Brittany Waller (Travis), Aaron Doerr, Trinidy Patterson, Matthew Woody (Theresa) and Jerimiah Woody; and his sister Linda Waller of Peoria. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Preferred memorials in Robert's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
