He was predeceased by: his parents, Raquel Lanuza and Leonardo Guballa Cristobal; and his siblings, Deborah, Aurora and Delfin.
He is survived by: his wife Dr. Maria Paz S. Cristobal; his children, Maria Lourdes, Ronald (Katherine) and Robert; his grandsons, Francisco and Jozef; his sisters, Elsa Mozo and Ligaya Evans; and his half-brothers, Eric and Robert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Rey's life may be sent to St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church in Peoria, Illinois.
