He is survived by: his mother Roberta Norris-Lowery (Cecil); his caregiver Ronda Guyton (Graylin); his brother Bruce Norris; his children, Dorothy Hardimon, Quincy Norris Jr. and Qadim Ross; his uncle Richard Byrd; his grandmother Bertha Henderson (David); and his close friends, Angie, Anthony Sierra and Herman Fortney. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
