Phyllis Ann Fiddes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Fiddes of Peoria, Illinois, born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on March 14, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Stagg and Vivian Stagg (Gordon); her sister Mary Vetter; her brother-in-law Maynard Vetter; and her grandson Christopher "Topher" Fiddes.
She is survived by: her husband D. Bruce Fiddes; her children, Brian Fiddes (Sara), Gordy Fiddes (Steph), Mark Fiddes (Kelly), Pat Fiddes (Cammi), Mike Fiddes (Mary Knupp), Kevin Fiddes (Kathy), Phil Fiddes (Shel), Don Fiddes (Julie) and Katie Smith (Aaron); her siblings, Gordon Stagg (Anne) and Karen Winne (Joe); and her sisters-in-law, Barb Ferretti and Pat Natta (Steve). She is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Heller Center for Kids with Cancer or OSF St. Francis Children's Hospital.
