It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pearl Elaine Fox of Peoria, Illinois, born in Beardstown, Illinois, who passed away on March 15, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Veron Mayes and Pearl Gravens Mayes; her husband Harold Fox; and her brother Terry Mayes. She is survived by: her brothers, Veron Mayes, Danny Mayes and Larry Mayes; her children, Melinda Sherrill of Florida, Veron Sherrill of Peoria and Kristy Fox of Peoria; and her siblings, Melissa Sanchez (Juan) of Beardstown, Fred Mayes (Mary) of Peoria and Stacey Mayes (Diane) of Beardstown. She is also survived by five grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
