She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Horowitz and Sam Horowitz. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Collins (James) of Munster, IN and Jill Hilty (Matthew) of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Kelly, Nicholas, Sam Collins of Munster, IN and Cora Hilty of Chicago, IL.; and also Laurie Heinz of Peoria, IL.
Preferred memorials in Noel's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
