He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Rizzolo and Sappora Rizzolo (Riella); his wife Patricia Perkins; and his son Michael Rizzolo. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Rizzolo of Peoria, Nicholas Rizzolo, Jr. of Florida and Frank Rizzolo of Peoria. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren with one on the way, two sisters, six brothers, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
