She was predeceased by: her parents, David Perkins and Frances Perkins (Bremer); and her brother David Perkins, Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Patricia Perkins; her brother-in-law Kenneth Matousek; her nephew David Matousek (Kate); her niece Anne Matousek; and her husband Kenneth. She is also survived by her three grandchildren and her two grand-dogs.
Memorials may be made in Nancy's name to either St. Philomena Parish or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
