She is survived by: her children, Richard M. Guingrich (Jessica) of Peoria, Anthony Shaun Guingrich (Wendy) of Peoria, Adam J. Guingrich and Larissa R. Guingrich of Peoria Heights; her grandchildren, Ashley, Richard A. (Brianna), Chelsea, Maggie, Michael, Aidan, Sam, Alexandra Bean (Zach), Elizabeth, Miranda Forsberg (Josh) and Ethan; her sister-in-law Evie Schlehuber of Peoria; and her brother Paul R. "Dick" Burgess (Ellie) of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
