She is survived by: her children, Dick Welch (Sherri) of Marietta, Georgia, Anne Neville (Pat) of Yorkville and Julie Welch of Manhattan, Ill.; her grandchildren, Sabrina, Lucas Welch, Jordan Neville and Taylor Meyer (Logan); and her brothers, Bill Kuster of Newark and Dan Kuster of Scottsdale, Ariz..
