She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wayne C. Irons and Geraldine Irons (Kissner); her daughter Susan E. Henson; her brothers, Richard E. Welsh and Gary A. Irons; and her daughters, Terri L. Shelabarger of Peoria and Tina L. Jonas of Pekin. She was also cherished by four granddaughters; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
